Premier Mushrooms

Engaged as project manager for the large-scale, 3-stage expansion of the Premier Mushrooms mushroom farm. Adamus Project Management managed and coordinated a project team including the client, architects, civil engineer, hydraulic engineer, fire safety engineer, landscape consultant, disability consultant, traffic consultant, electrician, mechanical engineer, structural engineers, and private certifier for the application & receipt of a Construction Certificate. We compiled tender documents and managed the tender process with multiple reputable, large construction companies, and provided ongoing management of Stage 1 Construction.

Regal Mushrooms

Project Manager overseeing the large-scale expansion of a mushroom farm and associated buildings. Currently leading the approval process, coordinating the design team to meet the client's brief and goals within the allocated budget and timeline. Future responsibilities include managing the construction tender process and overseeing construction management through to project completion.

Charles Sturt University

Ongoing project management for CSU Dental teaching clinic upgrades across five campuses. Projects involve coordinating multiple multidisciplinary trades with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and communication. Successfully delivered projects on time and under budget through developing contractor relationships, crucial due to the time-sensitive return of students.

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

Ongoing project manager for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, overseeing work across numerous NSW sites. Developed extensive experience in managing large organizations, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels. Specific projects include maintenance coordination, contract supervision, major plumbing rectification and upgrades, and prospective capital works investigations and briefs.

Australand

Between 2008 and 2014, our engineering team provided this large publicly listed property development company with expert advice and design verification services for multiple residential projects undertaken in Sydney. Our specialized knowledge helped ensure engineering compliance and optimization across their development portfolio during this period.

TOGA

Over the last decade, our engineering team has been assisting TOGA with multiple engineering projects, often involving renovations of the company's assets. Many of these projects feature properties that Adamus Consulting Practice (our predecessor company) originally designed 20-30 years ago, providing unique institutional knowledge and continuity in engineering solutions.

Ganellen Property Group

Since the company's formation in 2008, we have periodically worked with Ganellen, assisting this major Australian developer and builder with a variety of complex engineering challenges. These engagements typically require high-level, astute engineering advice to resolve sophisticated technical issues across their diverse project portfolio.

Woolworths

For nearly a decade, our engineering team assisted Woolworths with the engineering management of their prestigious and large-scale data centres in Eastern Creek and Norwest. This long-standing relationship involved specialized technical oversight and engineering solutions for critical infrastructure, with our involvement naturally evolving as cloud computing transformed their operational requirements.

Adamus Developments

Provided full-cycle development management for Adamus Development's project at 15 Station St. Thirroul. This included initial planning research and legislative analysis to optimize development outcomes, the creation and coordination of an 8+ member project team including builders and contractors, establishment of a dedicated design group with key consultants (architect, environmental, landscape, mechanical), management of the CDC approval process in an accelerated timeframe, head contract negotiation with construction tenderers, ongoing construction management with weekly progress meetings and defect rectification, and comprehensive management of variation and progress claims, successfully delivering a high-quality luxury duplex in March 2024.

Luna Park

For several years our company provided this iconic Sydney attraction with engineering and strategic support. Our relationship developed from close business contacts and knowledge of the asset following its last renovation, for which our predecessor company Adamus Consulting Practice provided multidisciplinary building services design.

For many years Experts Direct has represented us and brokered our expert advisory skills to a large number of legal and insurance companies in Australia and overseas. This work with Experts Direct laid the foundation for our other direct legal advisory engagements with various legal, insurance, and adjusting firms.

Penrith Panthers Leagues Club

For several years our firm provided comprehensive assistance to the Club in undertaking a broad range of asset renovations and upgrades. We designed and supervised the installation of new air conditioning chillers, air handling plant, and a large new Building Management System (BMS).

Multiplex

Our relationship with Multiplex dates back to the early 1990s when our predecessor company Adamus Consulting Practice provided Multiplex with unbroken 15 years of continuous multidisciplinary building services design and installation supervision services. For them we designed such iconic Sydney developments as Finger Wharf, King Street Wharf, Luna Park, Goldsborough Mort, and several Sydney City hotels.
